How to replace/exchange the product/order?

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, or wish to exchange your jewellery for another piece, you can request a replacement or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Any price difference (if applicable) will be refunded or collected accordingly.

You can raise the request via our website or GIVA App by logging in, selecting your order, and choosing Return/Exchange with the relevant reason.

All replacement or exchange orders are created and shipped within 48–72 hours after approval.
