You can place a return request through our website or GIVA App.
Website: Log in using your registered email ID → Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Return → Choose the item(s) and reason → Submit.
App: Open the GIVA App → Go to Profile > Orders → Select the order → Choose item(s) and return reason → Submit.
Return pickup may take up to 3 working days. If the pickup is delayed, please contact Customer Support at 9228837724 (10 AM–6:30 PM) or raise a support ticket.
