What is your No Questions Asked return policy?

We understand buying online isn't always easy but we want to give you an opportunity to make sure that you are happy with your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that the 30 day return does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins and God idols.

Please note that the items must be returned in their original packing and should not have been used. GIVA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
