You can return eligible jewellery within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked, subject to a successful quality inspection. The inspection may take up to 7 days from the date we receive the product at our warehouse/store.
*Important:*
1. You must submit a return packaging video showing the original product, invoice, and authenticity certificate.
2. Personalised and Made-To-Order (MTO) products are not eligible for 15-day returns, except in case of spurious or defective item
